This policy covers Mergopolis for iPhone and iPad, developed by Ümit Sancaklı. The game does not require an account or a personal profile.

Game progress

Your town, buildings, upgrades, merge pieces, energy, level, and game settings are stored locally on your device to keep your progress between sessions. We do not operate a cloud save service for this progress.

Advertising & diagnostics

Mergopolis uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. Watching a completed rewarded ad can grant in-game energy. Google and its advertising partners may collect or process:

• Device or app identifiers, including an advertising identifier when permitted by your device settings and permissions.
• IP addresses and the approximate location inferred from them.
• Ad impressions, ad interactions, and other app interaction data.
• Crash reports, performance information, and other diagnostics.

This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, analyze usage, prevent fraud, and improve service reliability. Advertising data practices depend on your region, choices, device permissions, and the ad service configuration.

Read Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure for more information. TestFlight versions may use test ads, which still use Google’s advertising SDK.

Your choices

Rewarded ads are optional. You can manage app tracking permissions in your device’s privacy settings. Where a consent message or advertising privacy options are available in the app, you can use them to review your choices. Device permissions alone do not prevent all diagnostic or advertising service data collection.

Support requests

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and investigate your request, and retain it only as needed for support and any applicable legal obligations. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information. GitHub issue reports are public.

Retention & deletion

Local progress remains until you reset the game, delete the app and its data, or your device removes it. Data handled by Google is retained according to its policies. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence or ask about your privacy rights.

Children’s privacy

Mergopolis is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
