For a bug report, include your device model, iOS version, game version, and what happened. A screenshot helps, too.
Your town & progress
Your town, merge board, energy, and upgrades are saved on your device. Deleting the app or resetting the game may remove that progress. Progress does not automatically sync between devices.
Energy & rewarded ads
Energy refills over time, up to 100. When it is below 80, an optional rewarded ad can add 20 energy. Finish the ad to receive the reward. If an ad is unavailable, check your connection and try again later.

You can also report issues on GitHub. Those reports are public, so please email private information instead.
